Exchange & Return

We hope your Baginshop backpacks and bags lasts a lifetime. But if you need to make a return, please follow these instructions.

You have 30 days from receipt of product to initiate a return. We only accept returns for items purchased at Baginshop.com or by phone. All returned items must be received in their original, unused condition and must include all original packaging. A refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of receipt for the purchase price to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the purchase.

Return Instructions:

1. Start by entering your order number or signing-in below.
2. Choose the item you'd like to return, and the reason why.
3. Print the return label and instructions as directed.
4. Place the upper portion with the instructions and barcode inside the box being returned.
5. Place the item to be returned (in original, unused condition and all original packaging) inside the box being returned.
6. Place return label on box.
7. Take box to nearest UPS shipping provider and ship back to us.
8. You will be notified when we receive your package.
